The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ba baji:

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of 500 BDT is required per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 BDT.
• Payment Method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers are accepted.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Third Parties Prohibited: Using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

For any such activity, ba baji will immediately suspend the account, confiscate all balances and winnings, and take legal action where necessary.

Ba baji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of false information or fraud is found.
• Failure to respond to identity verification requests.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon receipt of a directive from a legal or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be fully refunded, though bonus funds will be forfeited. To reactivate a closed account, please contact our support team.

• If a third-party service (payment gateway, internet provider) fails.

In all circumstances, ba baji's maximum liability is limited to the funds held in your account. ba baji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
